You just own the lottery and received the money. You have hired an architect to design your new home. Where would you put your home gym? My choice would be one of the bedrooms, you have air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter, which would prevail compared to having a home gym in your garage, where you would be at the mercy of temperature extremes. Where would you put your home gym?
