I’m not really currently following it either, just eating sensibly and went from 290s to 280s.

I kind of have a “feel” for the right calorie range for me to lose weight. I do measure my noodles, though. Two ounces counts as a serving.

When using one of these, how do you know whether you’re sedentary, engaging in light exercise, or moderate exercise? Is there some established way of knowing the difference?
