Intermittent fasting while bulking - Ace Corona - 06-20-2025
There was a recent study I copied and pasted and posted at Newmisc that claims having a 16 hour fasting window and an 8 hour eating window during bulking helps you to not gain as much fat while gaining muscle!
Anyone here plan on trying this?
