Do you break up with her? Or try to use psychology on her? If you stopped working out, she would probably break up with you if you got fat and out of shape.

If you keep going to the gym, she’ll get mad and break up with you.
If you don’t go to the gym and get fat, she’ll break up with you.
You must either use psychology on her, or explain it to her and get her to understand that what she’s asking you to do doesn’t make sense.
It would be no different if a rich guy dated a dancer, then asked her to quit dancing so she could spend more time with him.
Breaking up with her might be a good solution though
