Rich Piana and lack of sleep - Ace Corona - 07-06-2025
During the last year of his life when he was making videos, sometimes Rich Piana went 24 hours without sleeping, maybe more. Sometimes he only slept an hour or a few hours a night.
Could this have been a contributing factor in his death?

There are videos floating around where his wife is filming him having what appears to be a hypoglycemic emergency, and she is just exploiting it for views/leverage instead of getting him help. And even if it were something else the same still applies. It is clear to me that he was surrounded by people who did not love him but were exploiting him. Murder seems not far fetched considering there was money and drugs involved.

But at the very least, I think his choice in women accelerated his downfall, figuratively and literally.

I remember those videos about where Rich appears to come to grips with the reality that the Icelandic one just wanted a green card and money. Then his socalled friend Mac Truck (gay ass name) started blasting Rich for maltreating the heavenly blessed beauty. What a mess. I would like to believe he was a good guy. But all those steroids and body obsessions suggest he was probably a loose canon.
