Is dedication and sacrifice overrated?

When it comes to fitness, does sacrifice and dedication to keeping your goals come easy for you personally? Does it seem like making sacrifices to meet your fitness goals are overrated?

I’m just talking about your own personal experiences, not the rest of the fitness community as a whole.

It's relative. Discipline is a good thing. I exercise tremendous discipline regarding healthy diet and it shows.
