When I was in junior college, I was taking intermediate weight training for two hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I did about 35 sets twice a week for four months. I trained quads, chest, back, shoulders, triceps and biceps. I worked from largest muscle group to smallest.
I was very consistent back then.
