I was going through some old JayMail from bodybuilder Jay Cutler, and one piece of advice really stood out—he recommended avoiding giant sets, where you do 3 to 5 sets in a row without rest. He pointed out that while they might feel effective, they can actually be tougher on your joints than your muscles. It’s a reminder to train smart, not just hard.
