My wife nearly caught me fapping and I think it marks the end of my marriage

As she couldn't understand what was happening and I refused to spell it out to her, I feel now the relationship is broken and I also question if relationships are even worth it. After all, it's only a matter of time before you mess something up and it all goes down in flames
