May you buy the biggest container of the worst tasting whey protein powder you’ve ever had, but you’re too poor to throw it away.
May somebody else grab the barbell you were about to use before you can get it
May the likelihood of dropping a dumbbell on your cell phone be directly proportional to the cost of the phone
May someone always start using your equipment when you step away to refill your water bottle at the water fountain

Have you ever experienced a jerk when training at a gym? I worked out at a gym in La Mirada, and a middle aged man had a 15 year old kid and they used to grab a barbell from the barbell rack, then stand in front of it while doing multiple sets. This was in 2014.
This is extremely selfish.
What was your experience with a jerk at a gym?

When I was in junior college, I was taking intermediate weight training for two hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I did about 35 sets twice a week for four months. I trained quads, chest, back, shoulders, triceps and biceps. I worked from largest muscle group to smallest.
I was very consistent back then.
What was your most consistent training split?
